Adult Only Basic Life Support (BLS)

2 Hours

A practical course covering the essential skills required to recognise and respond to a cardiac arrest and other common emergencies involving adults.


Covering:

  • Assessment of an unresponsive adult
  • Recognition and confirmation of cardiac arrest
  • Effective chest compressions
  • Safe defibrillation using an AED
  • Effective ventilations during cardiac arrest

3 Hours

A practical course covering the essential skills required to recognise and respond to a cardiac arrest and other common emergencies in both adults and paediatrics.

Medical Emergency Management & BLS

A comprehensive course designed to help teams recognise and manage airway problems and medical emergencies while developing essential BLS skills. This course uses practical, scenario based learning and debrief.
